Damaged or Faulty Items

If your kit arrives damaged or something isn't working as it should, we'll make it right. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Please send us a photo of the damage or fault so we can sort things out quickly.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes things don't work out! If you've changed your mind, you're welcome to return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note that for change of mind returns, the return shipping cost of $14.95 is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@curiouswondersco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days back to your original payment method.
